Rabbi Moshe Elefant is the chief operating officer and executive rabbinic coordinator of OU Kosher. He oversees the certification and monthly inspection of 13,000 plants in 105 countries as well as 850 field representatives, 60 rabbinic coordinators and 80 administrative support staff.

In addition to managing OU Kosher operations, Rabbi Elefant is a world renowned scholar of Jewish law. His daily lectures on AllDaf.org, a popular app and website, are followed by thousands of daily listeners from across the globe. During Passover, one of the most important holidays for kosher consumers, Rabbi Elefant appears on radio for 2 weeks leading up to the start of the festival and answers hundreds of questions about Passover products and special dietary laws.
