Susan Smith is a seasoned professional in the mental health field with extensive experience at Ouachita Behavioral Health and Wellness, where Susan has held several key leadership roles since March 2010, culminating in the position of Chief Clinical Officer. With a trajectory that includes serving as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer, Susan oversees all clinical programs and quality assurance in the agency.
