Susan Smith is a seasoned professional in the mental health field with extensive experience at Ouachita Behavioral Health and Wellness, where Susan has held several key leadership roles since March 2010, culminating in the position of Chief Clinical Officer. With a trajectory that includes serving as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer, Susan oversees all clinical programs and quality assurance in the agency. Prior to this, Susan held various roles in Correctional Medical Services and Benton Counseling Clinic, gaining significant expertise as a Mental Health Therapist, Clinical Supervisor, and Program Coordinator. Academically, Susan holds a Master of Science in Agency Counseling from Henderson State University and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Truman State University. Additionally, training from the National Outdoor Leadership School complements Susan's qualifications.
