Peter Børker Nielsen

Peter Børker Nielsen is a seasoned leader in healthcare innovation and project management, currently serving as the daily leader of the Centre for Clinical Artificial Intelligence (CAI-X) since January 2021, a collaborative initiative between Odense Universitetshospital, Svendborg Hospital, and the Mærsk McKinney-Møller Institute at SDU. Prior to this role, Peter was the project chief at Odense Kommune, overseeing a significant project portfolio that received political attention, and previously held leadership positions at Copenhagen Health Innovation (CHI) and the Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences at the University of Copenhagen, focusing on health innovation initiatives. Peter's educational background includes a master's degree in Political Communication and Management from Copenhagen Business School and a bachelor's degree in Business Studies from Roskilde University.
