Karen Young

Karen Young has held various positions in the fashion and lifestyle industry since 2002. Karen started their career as an Account Executive at Ben Sherman Group, where they were responsible for maintaining and expanding retail accounts, analyzing sales trends, and interacting with an international team. In 2005, they joined Oxygen Inc as an Account Executive, where they assisted in the startup development of an eco-friendly brand and managed multiple national sales teams. In 2008, they founded Hammocks & High Tea, a home and lifestyle goods company, where they were responsible for design, art direction, and management of all product lines. In 2012, they joined Esteé Lauder as a Manager of Packaging Ops. Most recently, in 2017, they founded Oui Shave, a direct-to-consumer shaving brand created for women, and they currently serve as the CEO. In 2019, they became the CEO of OUI the People.

Karen Young attended Fordham University from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a B.S. in Psychology.
