Alexis Mason

Alexis Mason has worked for a variety of organizations since 2015. Alexis began their career as a Resident Assistant at Temple University, followed by an Intern role at Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children in 2017. In 2018, they became a Radiation Oncology Social Work Intern at Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System. The following year, they were a Child Advocate Social Worker at Defender Association of Philadelphia. Most recently, in 2021, they joined VaynerMedia as a Junior Strategist on the People & Experience Team. Alexis is currently employed at Oula as a People Operations role.

Alexis Mason completed a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Temple University between 2013 and 2018. Alexis then went on to obtain a Master of Social Work - MSW in Clinical/Medical Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania in 2019. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in 2021, an Organizational Leadership Certificate from The Wharton School in 2019, a Child Welfare and Child Wellbeing Certificate from the University of Pennsylvania in 2019, and a Certificate of Completion - Social Work from Fachhochschule Erfurt in 2017.
