Diana Shi

Diana Shi is an experienced professional in people operations, currently serving as the People Operations Technical Manager at Capsule since March 2024. Prior to this role, Diana worked at Latch from November 2021 to March 2024 in various positions, including HR Consultant and Senior People Systems Analyst. Previously, at Warby Parker from December 2016 to November 2021, Diana held roles such as Associate Manager in both People Systems and People Operations, as well as Talent Generalist. Diana’s early career included positions at Tremor Video, where Diana was a People Partner and Facilities Manager, and at Maxim Magazine as Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the CEO. Diana holds a BA in English Language and Literature from Hunter College, obtained between 2004 and 2007.
