Christine Femia

Christine Femia is an accomplished professional in Human Resources, currently serving as the Senior Director of People Operations at Oula since November 2021. Prior to this role, Femia held the position of Human Resources Director at City Harvest from August 2020 to November 2021 and spent nearly a decade at Planned Parenthood of Greater New York in various roles, including Director of Employee Engagement and Associate Director of Human Resources. Earlier career experiences include positions at the University Settlement Society of New York and the Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts, as well as an editorial internship at BUST Magazine. Femia also engages in freelance contributions since 2004 and is a graduate of Sarah Lawrence College.
