Noora Jansson

Noora Jansson serves as the Director at Oulu University of Applied Sciences since January 2023 and has held the position of Head of Employment Services at City of Oulu, BusinessOulu since October 2018. Previously, Jansson was the Network Director for the OuluHealth Ecosystem, leading strategy, collaboration, and branding efforts for a health ecosystem involving multiple public and private partners in health and social care from June 2012 to October 2018. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Development Officer at the Hospital District of Helsinki and Uusimaa (HUS) from 2008 to 2012, where responsibilities encompassed organizational development and strategic project management during significant changes. Jansson's career began at Nokia, where work included development, product, and quality management for mobile devices from 1999 to 2008. Jansson holds a Doctor of Science and a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Oulu, along with a Maîtrise de Sciences de Gestion from Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC).
