Pia Puustjärvi

Pia Puustjärvi is an experienced educator and marketing professional with a diverse background in teaching, training, and marketing management. Currently serving as a Lecturer at Oulu University of Applied Sciences since January 2020, Pia focuses on marketing and leadership education for both Finnish and international students while guiding thesis projects and participating in the ELOA project. Prior to this role, Pia worked as a Marketing Manager at Silva Reval/ÄmmiUkki Oy, where responsibilities included digital marketing management, content creation, and data analysis. Pia has held various teaching and training positions at Oulu Vocational College and other institutions, specializing in business, tourism, and customer service. With a Master of Social Sciences in Tourism from the University of Lapland and additional qualifications in service design and leadership, Pia brings a strong educational foundation and extensive industry experience to current and future endeavors.
