Lauren Hays

Lauren Hays is a dedicated psychiatric nurse practitioner currently employed at Ouma Health since January 2024. As Co-Founder and CEO of The Matrescence since May 2021, Lauren has been instrumental in advancing maternal mental health by collaborating with leading professionals in the field. Previous experience includes serving as a neonatal intensive care nurse and registered nurse at Children's Mercy Kansas City from September 2018 to June 2022, as well as working as a staff registered nurse at Northwestern Memorial Hospital from January 2017 to April 2018. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from Cox College, earned between 2013 and 2022.
