Inci Guvenc

Inci Guvenc has over 10 years of experience in various HR roles. Inci currently serves as the Director of People, Culture & Digital Organization at Ounass, where they oversee the HR function and drives employee lifecycle activities. Prior to this, they held positions at Hurriyet Digital Media, Rocket Internet GmbH, Metglobal, Roman Luxury Fashion, and BGN Luxury Fashion, gaining expertise in HR management, talent acquisition, performance management, and learning and development. Inci also worked as a Freelance Consultant for the Ministry of Finance of Turkey and as a Psychological Counselor at TED College.

Inci Guvenc completed a short-term executive education program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2015, focusing on managing talent for strategic advantage. In 2009, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Koç University, where they participated in the Turquality Executive Development Program. Inci Guvenc also holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Middle East Technical University, which they earned between 2005 and 2007. Their undergraduate studies in Psychological Counseling were completed at Boğaziçi University from 2000 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, Inci Guvenc obtained several certifications, including a Certificate in Employer Brand Leadership from the Employer Branding College in 2019, and they completed the ICF Accredited Coaching Training Program (ACTP) and the Flow Certified Professional Coach (FCPC) Module 1-6 at the Flow Coaching Institute in 2015.
