Rebecca Baxter

Rebecca Baxter serves as the Director of Development at Oundle School, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Rebecca acted as the Interim Director of Development and Alumni Relations at University College, Oxford, from September 2022 to September 2023, leading a nine-member team responsible for major fundraising initiatives and donor relations. Previous experience includes directorial roles in development and alumni relations at Kellogg College, Oxford, and significant communications management at the University of Oxford and BMW Group UK. Rebecca holds an MA and BA (Hons) in German and Art History from the University of Reading, attained between 1990 and 1996.
