Chris Jones has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2001, they began their career at Code Computerlove, where they started as a project manager and eventually became an Account Director, managing a portfolio of clients. During their time at Code Computerlove, the company experienced significant growth.

After a career gap year in New Zealand, Chris joined Code Computerlove again in 2009 as an Account Manager, working on key accounts and delivering tactical and strategic projects. Chris also managed client relationships and collaborated with external suppliers and developers.

In 2009, Chris transitioned to Oxfam, first as a Digital Delivery Manager, where they managed a team and improved the organization's digital output. Chris then became the Digital Development Manager, responsible for the ground-up redevelopment of Oxfam GB's digital estate. Finally, they served as the Head of Mobile Communications, leading Oxfam's supporter-facing mobile strategy and coordinating with external agencies and partners.

In 2012, Chris joined White October as a Client Services Director, where they worked closely with clients to create needs-led digital products. Chris later became the Technology Director, leading the digital product consultancy's expert teams in product discovery, definition, and successful launch.

In 2019, Chris joined Nye as a Senior Product Manager, overseeing the Nye Phone product, which supported remote consultations during the pandemic. Chris then transitioned to product discovery, using design sprints, customer interviews, surveys, and data analysis to identify user opportunities.

Most recently, in 2022, Chris joined Our Future Health UK as a Senior Product Manager.

Chris Jones attended the University of Leeds from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree (Bsc(Hons)) in Computer Science. Later, from 1995 to 1998, they studied at the University of Brighton, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree (BA(Hons)) in Critical Fine Art Practice.
