Keith Watt

Keith Watt has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Keith currently holds the role of Consultant - Talent Services at Our Future Health UK since January 2022.

Prior to that, from June 2021 to October 2021, Keith worked as an Interim Talent Acquisition Partner at Genomics England. In this role, they supported the company during a period of rapid growth and managed recruitment for various departments, including Platform Engineering, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, and Clinical Research. Keith was involved in all stages of the recruitment process and demonstrated efficiency in hiring.

Before joining Genomics England, Keith worked at CPS Group (UK) Limited from 2008 to 2020. Keith held various positions during their tenure, including Group Client Relationship Manager, Key Accounts Manager, Team Manager, Permanent Recruitment - Team Lead, and Senior Recruitment Consultant. These roles showcased their expertise in client relationship management, team leadership, and recruitment.

Keith started their career at Hays in 2006, where they worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant until 2008.

Keith Watt attended the American School of Warsaw from 2000 to 2003, where they obtained their IB Diploma. Following this, from 2003 to 2006, they enrolled at Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Journalism & English Literature.
