Amir Tirmizi, MD, FACP, FIDSA, FAAHPM, HMDC, is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at Indiana University School of Medicine since September 2019 and serves as a Hospice & Palliative Medicine Physician at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana since July 2018.
