Christina McCord

Christina McCord, MBA, currently serves as the Director of HR Operations at Greater Horizon Financial Group within Northwestern Mutual since February 2022. With extensive experience in human resources and marketing, roles include Marketing Specialist and Referral Agent at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana, as well as positions in talent and organizational development since 2018. Previous experience at Cummins Inc. spanned nearly two decades, where responsibilities included HR Operations Excellence as a Senior Specialist, Global Training Manager, and Marketing Training Program Development Manager. Christina holds an MBA from IUPUC, a BA in Organizational Leadership and Supervision from Purdue University, and associate degrees in Business Administration and Electrical/Electronics Maintenance from Indiana University Columbus and Purdue Polytechnic Institute Columbus, respectively.
