Louis Townsend, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Louis currently holds the position of Director of Business Operations and Finance at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana, where they are responsible for overseeing the financial and operational aspects of the organization. Previously, they served as the Director of Operations at TurnAround Inc., where they effectively managed operations and contributed to the overall success of the company. Prior to that, Louis held the role of Director of Operations at Crothall Healthcare, where they implemented process improvement initiatives and achieved outstanding performance in key performance indicators. Additionally, they have worked as a Retail Consultant at AT&T, where they excelled in sales and customer engagement, and as an Accounts Payable Specialist at Keihin North America, where they oversaw vendor accounts and implemented cost-saving measures. Louis began their career as an Insurance Agent at American General Life and Accident Insurance, where they generated new customers and offered tailored insurance solutions.

Louis Townsend obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Indiana State University, which they attended from 2004 to 2008. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in the same field at Anderson University from 2012 to 2014.
