Julia Margaret Schmidt

Julia Margaret Schmidt has extensive experience in education and the arts, currently serving as an Art and Music Teacher at St. John's School since August 2017 and as an Art Teacher at Our Lady Of Grace School since August 2016. Julia has also been an Artist, Writer, and Editor at Evil Kat Comix since February 2016, and has worked as a Cashier at Greetings and Readings since December 2015. Previous roles include Artistic Director at Youth Theatre of Northern Baltimore County and various positions in customer service. Julia earned a Bachelor's Degree in Drama/Theatre Arts and Stagecraft and a Master's Degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from St. Mary's College of Maryland. Research interests include arts integration in education, gender equality, and community activism.
