Debbie Stanley

Debbie Stanley is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Director of People at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Multi-Academy Trust since November 2024. Prior roles include Head of HR for Rail Operations, Engineering, Safety & Corporate at East Midlands Railway, and People Strategy Director at Archway Learning Trust, where Debbie was responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive people strategies. With extensive experience in HR consultancy and leadership, including a national role at Browne Jacobson LLP, Debbie has successfully managed staffing restructures and implemented change management strategies. Educational qualifications include the Chartered Fellow designation from the CIPD, an Advanced Diploma in School Business Management, and various leadership certifications in health and safety and workplace mediation.
