Elizabeth Alpert, Ed.D., currently serves as a Middle School History Teacher at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School. Prior to this role, Alpert held various positions at First Lutheran Church & School, including Managing Director and Academic Dean, and Administrative Lead for Grades 5-8. Alpert has extensive teaching experience across multiple grade levels and subjects, including social studies and language arts for 5th graders at First Lutheran Church and School and humanities, history, philosophy, English language arts, math, and Latin for grades 5-12 at Messiah Lutheran Classical Academy. Alpert also worked as a Certified Rater for Educational Testing Service, scoring written responses for standardized assessments. Alpert's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Social Science and Music Education, a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction, and a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership/Organizational Change, all from Concordia University Irvine and Concordia University-Portland.
