Dawn Hulin Billiot

Dawn Hulin Billiot has extensive experience in healthcare, primarily at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center, where work as a Medical Technologist began in June 1994, transitioning to an RN Case Manager role. A brief period was spent at Dynacare from May 2001 to January 2002 before returning to Lourdes.
