Our Lady of Peace Hospice & Home Health Care

Our Lady of Peace provides three levels of care to people in need. Our Lady of Peace Medicare Licensed Residential Hospice home provides care to children and adults with terminal illnesses at no cost to families. Our entire operating budget is funded through donations from our generous supporters. We allow those with limited financial resources to receive the best possible care at the end-of-life. Our Lady of Peace Community Hospice provides hospice care to those in need who are living at home, in senior communities, or in long-term care facilities throughout the Twin Cities metro area. Our goal is to make our patient's final days, weeks, or months peaceful and comfortable. Our Lady of Peace Home Care is a not-for-profit home care agency serving all faiths. We provide peace and comfort to adults recovering from an injury, recovering from surgery, or illness in need of assistance. We provide a wide range of services, from therapies (pt/ot/st), skilled nursing, and wound care to medication management and palliative care.
