Field Thigpen

Field Thigpen is a highly experienced pastoral care professional and educator with over two decades of service in various church settings. Currently serving as a Pastoral Care Associate at Our Lady of the Angels Hospital since September 2021, Field Thigpen also holds the position of Pastor at Memorial Baptist Church since March 2011. Previous roles include Pastor at Chappapeela Baptist Church and Associate Pastor/Youth Pastor at Plainview Baptist Church. Field Thigpen has contributed to academia as an Adjunct Instructor at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Biblical Interpretation, a Master of Divinity, and a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Ministry, all from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.
