Robert Harmos

Robert Harmos is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in advanced manufacturing and process engineering, primarily in the battery and wind energy sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer at Our Next Energy since July 2023, Robert has previously held significant roles at Fisker Inc. as Principal Engineer for Battery Manufacturing and at LG Energy Solution Michigan, Inc. as a Process Engineer. Robert's career includes key positions at A123 Systems, CS Wind Canada, and various engineering firms, where contributions range from new battery development and process improvement to the startup of manufacturing facilities and equipment management. A graduate with a Master's degree in Engineering Materials from the University of Windsor and a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Transilvania University of Brasov, Robert possesses strong expertise in lean manufacturing, problem solving, and quality assurance methodologies.
