Shahab Tran

Shahab Tran has extensive work experience in various roles within the engineering field. Shahab most recently worked as a Principal System Integration Engineer at Our Next Energy, Inc. starting in June 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Lead Systems Engineer at Romeo Power Technology from December 2020 to May 2021. From March 2019 to December 2020, Shahab worked as a Lead Battery Application Engineer at A123 Systems, where they were responsible for battery control algorithm development and validation for high-profile automotive projects. Shahab gained experience as an Electrical Engineer at Gentherm from April 2016 to March 2019, focusing on product design and process improvement. Before that, they worked as a Tactical Systems Engineer at General Dynamics Land Systems from January 2015 to March 2016. Shahab began their career as a Designer at Flexible Industrial Solutions from May 2012 to September 2014 and held a short-term position as a Junior Engineer at Brave Control Solutions in May 2011.

Shahab Tran's education history includes a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of Windsor, which was obtained between 2019 and 2021. Prior to that, Shahab completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the same university, which was obtained between 2009 and 2014.
