Erica Peterson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience management. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Customer Experience at Our Place since August 2020, Erica has progressively held various roles including Customer Experience Lead and Customer Experience Agent. Previously, Erica was the Assistant Manager at Onyx & Oak, where a customer retention strategy was implemented and Shopify website management was overseen. Erica's background also includes a role as a Personal Trainer at the National Academy of Sports Medicine and ownership of FIT4MOM Irvine-Tustin. Erica holds a degree from Post University.
