Julie Shewmaker

Julie Shewmaker has over 30 years of experience in finance and accounting. Julie currently works as the VP of Finance at Our Sunday Visitor, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Assistant Vice President for Finance and Accounting at Lumina Foundation from January 2019 to March 2023. Before their role at Lumina Foundation, Julie worked as the Director of Accounting and Controller at Lumina Foundation from July 2014 to December 2018. Julie also has experience as the Chief Operating Officer at Christian Theological Seminary from January 2012 to June 2014. Julie's career began at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they worked as an Assurance and Business Advisory Services Manager from August 1993 to January 2001. Prior to that, they served as the Controller at Archdiocese of Indianapolis from January 2001 to January 2012.

From 1989 to 1993, Julie Shewmaker attended St. Joseph's College (IN) and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Accountancy.
