Graciela Chavez

Graciela Chavez currently serves as a Spanish Teacher and IB Coordinator at Our World Neighborhood Charter Schools since August 2022. Prior to this role, Graciela held the position of Elementary School Principal at San Diego Unified School District from July 2018 to August 2022 and was the Associate Principal at CVESD--Lauderbach Elementary from July 2015 to June 2018. Graciela's teaching career began at Chula Vista Elementary School District, where responsibilities extended from October 2001 to June 2015. Graciela holds a Bachelor's degree in Diversified Liberal Arts with a Spanish emphasis, a Master of Education in Literacy, and an Administrative Credential in Educational Leadership from the University of San Diego, as well as a Master's degree in Spanish Language Teacher Education from the University of Salamanca, expected to be completed in July 2024.
