Lilit Sloyan

Lilit Sloyan is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in the tech industry. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Recruiter at ŌURA, Lilit is also the CEO and Founder of ArtScreen.io and has worked as a Recruiting Consultant for a stealth startup. Previous roles include Recruiting Manager and Head of Recruiting at Viome, as well as various positions at Zillow, including Manager of Tech Sourcing, Senior Technical Recruiter, and Technical Recruiter. Lilit holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Yerevan State University and has furthered education at Harvard University.
