Nicole Laniado

Nicole Laniado is a seasoned professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Senior People’s Programs Manager at ŌURA since July 2023. In addition, Laniado is the owner of Merienda LLC and has held various strategic roles, including Director of HR Business Partner at Lev and Senior Learning and Development Manager at Spin (Ford Mobility). With extensive experience in program management and HR consulting across multiple organizations, including Visa and Plaid, Laniado has a robust background in employee engagement, talent acquisition, and operational management. Laniado earned a Bachelor of Science in Leadership and Management from Boston College.
