Traci Hilliard

Traci Hilliard currently serves as Customer Experience Operations Manager at ŌURA, a position held since April 2022. Previously, Traci was with WHOOP from July 2016 to April 2021, where roles included Director of Membership Services and various managerial positions in membership services. Prior experience includes working as an Executive Assistant to the Co-Founder at Elkus Manfredi Architects and as an Administrative Assistant at Sarepta Therapeutics. Traci's earlier roles also encompass positions in production coordination and retail sales. Traci holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from the State University of New York at Oswego and completed training at General Assembly in 2020.
