Thea Lee is an experienced UX research professional currently serving as the Head of UX Research at ŌURA since October 2024. Previously, Thea held various positions at Mercari US, advancing from Senior Manager to Manager and Senior UX Researcher, where responsibilities included leading mixed methods research teams and supporting strategic product initiatives. As the Founding UX Researcher at RaiseMe, Thea established the research process integral to product development and collaboration. Earlier roles include client success and field research management at WHOOP, and educational program coordination at Tenacity and KIPP New Orleans. Thea holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Science with a focus on Global Health and Health Policy from Harvard University.
