Harry Beckwith

Harry Beckwith's work experience begins with their role as a Young Investment Bankers Program participant at InvestIN Education in October 2017. During this program, they gained knowledge in sales and trading, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and hedge funds.

In July 2018, Harry had an Insight Week at PwC, where they obtained valuable industry insights.

Harry then worked as a Finance Placement student at ZyroFisher for a week in July 2018. Here, they focused on understanding key business elements and conducted an in-depth research task, which they presented to the Finance Director.

From April 2019 to December 2019, Harry served as Bar Staff at RUFFORD PARK GOLF CENTRE LIMITED. Harry'sresponsibilities included undertaking kitchen duties, assisting with various functions, providing excellent customer service, and managing stock levels.

In December 2019, they briefly worked as an Amplify Trading Day participant at Amplify Trading.

Harry co-founded Ascend Golf Clothing in November 2020 and held the position of Co-Founder and Director until October 2021.

Harry joined ourGen in December 2020 as a Founding Member, where they contributed to content creation. In January 2021, they transitioned to the role of Content Creator before being promoted to Head of Content in March 2021.

Since July 2021, Harry has been employed at Sony Electronics as a Finance & Data Analyst for the Marketing Communications department. In this role, they manage day-to-day financial reporting, raises purchase orders, plans budgets, analyzes data, and assists in wider marketing and communications activities. Harry'splacement at Sony Electronics will conclude in September 2022.

Harry Beckwith's education history begins in 2014 when they attended Worksop College, where they completed their GCSEs and A Levels. Harry then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance (with business placement) at Durham University Business School, starting in 2019 and expected to graduate in 2023.

In terms of additional certifications, in September 2022, Harry obtained certifications in "Getting into the Mind of the Hiring Manager," "Content Creation: Strategy and Tools," "Excel: Macros and VBA for Beginners," and "Excel: VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP for Beginners" from LinkedIn. In September 2021, they obtained certifications in "Foreign Exchange Essentials" and "Introduction to ESG" from Corporate Finance Institute® (CFI).
