Currently serving as the Director of the Service Center at Ourisman Automotive Group since January 2024, Richard previously held the position of Service Director for BMW/Porsche/Mini of Towson at AutoNation from November 2021 to November 2024. Prior to this role, Richard was the Service Manager at BMW of Towson from November 2011 to November 2024. Richard's educational background includes a degree from West Virginia University obtained from 1990 to 1994, preceded by attendance at West Chester East High School from 1987 to 1990.
