Joyce Liaw is a seasoned finance executive currently serving as Senior Vice President of Finance at Ouro Medicines since February 2025. Previously, Joyce held the position of Vice President of Finance at HI-Bio, where Joyce was the first finance employee and a key member of the Executive Leadership Team. Joyce's extensive experience at Genentech spans various roles, including Senior Director and Director of R&D Finance, where Joyce partnered strategically with portfolio management teams and led financial operations for over 30 R&D programs. Joyce's career began in venture capital at Burrill & Company and included significant contributions at Abunda Nutrition, as well as research assistance at Caltech. Joyce holds a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Biology from Caltech and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
