Anupama Rao

Anupama Rao serves as the Vice President of HR Operations & Technology at Ouro since February 2024. Previously, Anupama held the position of Head of Global People Operations at Uber from November 2021 to January 2024, where leadership was provided to a global team of over 125 individuals within a Fortune 500 company. Anupama's extensive experience includes a role as Sr. Director of HR Shared Services & Global Operations at Visa, overseeing a global team that supported more than 26,000 employees. Previous positions at Visa involved the management of HR operations across numerous locations, and Anupama's career began at AMD, where significant contributions were made in operationalizing global HR processes. Anupama holds an M.B.A. from Arizona State University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Bangalore University, and a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management from Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration, Manipal.
