Catherine Cashin is an experienced talent acquisition leader with a robust background in recruiting and talent strategy across various industries. Currently serving as the VP and Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Ouro, Catherine has also held significant roles including Founder, Advisor, and Investor at M3 New Ventures LLC, and VP of Talent Acquisition at Tempo. Prior to these positions, Catherine was Senior Director and Director of Talent Acquisition at Roblox, and worked as an Executive Recruiter at ICON Aircraft.
