Claude Dehais is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in telecom software and real-time applications. Currently serving as CEO and CTO at Ouroboros since January 2003, Claude oversees the development of various telecom software systems including SCP, HLR, STP, SMSC, EIR, USSD Gateway, and IVR. Prior to this role, Claude was the CTO and lead architect at Eureka Soft, managing a team of 25 and focusing on deployment, research, and development. Earlier experiences include consultancy at Marben and AtosOrigin, where Claude gained expertise in real-time systems and ASN.1, as well as developing real-time X-ray analysis software at GE Healthcare. Claude holds a graduate degree in Computer Science from the National School of Computer Science and Applied Mathematics of Grenoble and has additional education in science and mathematics from Paris-Sud University and Lycee Jacques Prevert.
