Arsames'smost recent position was as the CTO of OurOffice, Inc., where they were responsible for providing end-to-end solutions for SMBs to create a more diverse and inclusive workplace. Arsames played a key role in delivering the necessary processes, platforms, and professional support to achieve better results.

Prior to that, Arsames worked as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business, teaching data analytics with python and NoSQL and SQL database architectures.
