Marcos Y. Okada

Marcos Y. Okada is a strategic leader with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief Strategy Officer at SSG Consultoria e Sistemas since January 2024, Marcos is deeply involved in business and strategy development following a prior role as a strategic partner. Simultaneously, Marcos is a member of the Fiscal Council at Ourofino Saúde Animal and the founder of NicKen, a company dedicated to building trust and providing effective solutions to clients in Brazil. Additionally, Marcos has been integral to HILC by NicKen, focusing on efficient and intelligent solutions that leverage data and technology for equitable business environments. Previously, Marcos spent nearly a decade at EY, culminating in the role of Partner, overseeing Assurance in Brazil and South America and directing Japan Business Services. Education was completed at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo between 1993 and 1997.
