Monique Madurro

Monique Madurro has extensive experience in governance, risk, and compliance, currently serving as an Especialista em Governança, Riscos e Compliance at Ourofino Saúde Animal since March 2013. Key projects include the 2023 Due Diligence review, the Pró Ética certification from the Controladoria Geral da União, and the establishment of the Compliance Program for the company. Monique previously held roles in governance, risk, compliance, and internal audit within the same organization, focusing on strategic risk management and compliance diagnostics. Prior to Ourofino, Monique was a Professor Executiva at Fundação Getulio Vargas and worked as a Consultant in GRC at PwC Brasil. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Financial Management, Control, and Auditing from Fundação Getulio Vargas and a degree in Business Administration from the same institution.
