Jessica Holton

Jessica Holton is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Ours, a skincare company that makes skincare more accessible and approachable through daily-dosed, personalized and curated skincare routines. Jessica has over seven years of experience in the consumer and retail industry. Prior to founding Ours, Jessica worked at The Carlyle Group as an Associate in the U.S. Buyout - Consumer & Retail group. Jessica started their career at Morgan Stanley as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Financial Sponsors Group. Jessica graduated from Harvard Business School with their MBA and from Stanford University with their B.A. in Economics.

Jessica Holton completed their undergraduate studies at Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business, where they earned a BS in Accounting and Finance. Jessica then went on to earn their MBA from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business, also with a focus in Accounting and Finance.
