Thomas McNeil

Thomas McNeil is an experienced professional with a strong background in government affairs and management. Currently, McNeil serves as Senior Manager of Government Affairs at Instacart since May 2020, while also holding advisory roles at OurStreets and Revel. Previously, McNeil was General Manager at Getaround until January 2020 and at car2go N.A., LLC from September 2012 to 2017.
