Richmond Hollen

Richmond Hollen is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in hardware engineering and product qualification. Currently serving as Principal Engineer and previously holding roles as Vice President of Engineering and Director of Hardware Engineering at Ouster since July 2018, Richmond has demonstrated expertise in developing turnkey solutions for technology companies across various industries, including solar energy and medical devices. As a Co-Founder of Actualyze, Inc., Richmond was instrumental in leading technology down-selection and achieving battery certification. Richmond's early career includes significant contributions at YottaQ and Nanosolar, focusing on product qualification, data analysis, and instrumentation engineering. Richmond holds a Master’s degree in Applied Physics from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Physics from the University of the Pacific.
