Audrey Lipps

Audrey Lipps currently holds the position of Senior Manager for Stakeholders & Community Engagement at Out & Equal, having previously served as Manager in the same domain. Prior experience includes serving as Program Director at HealthRIGHT 360, where Audrey led the implementation of Project RSPCT, connecting over 150 LGBTQ+ clients to substance use resources. Additionally, Audrey worked as a Research Assistant at Friends Research Institute, assessing treatment effectiveness for individuals with Opioid Use Disorders and managing participant recruitment and data organization. Audrey's early experience includes an internship at Miami University's Women*s Center and LGBTQ+ Services, where initiatives focused on supporting marginalized students, and an internship with WECF International, which involved translating articles. Audrey earned degrees in Women, Gender and Sexuality Studies and Social and Environmental Justice Studies from Miami University.
