Greg Simpson

Greg Simpson is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as the CEO of Out Fast Realty & Investments LLC since November 2016, where the focus is on providing real estate solutions for sellers, buyers, and investors in the Tampa Bay area. Simpson also holds the title of Chief Homebuyer at 1-800-OUT-FAST, a company dedicated to purchasing homes quickly in any condition. Prior roles include President of S&S Family Homes, Inc. from January 2013 to April 2016, and President of Priceless Pool Service, LLC from May 2005 to October 2014, as well as Manager at Pinch A Penny Pool Patio Spa from July 1999 to March 2005. Simpson's educational background includes studies at the University of South Florida from 2002 to 2005.
