Jay Aragón is a seasoned career coach and community leader with extensive experience in diversity sourcing and recruitment within the tech industry. Currently serving as a Career Coach at Randstad RiseSmart since March 2023, Jay has successfully guided over 120 participants through outplacement services, achieving 100% client satisfaction. As a Community Leader for Out in Tech, the largest LGBTQ+ tech community, Jay empowers 40,000 members to enhance their careers and network. Previous roles include Diversity Talent Sourcer at Asana, where innovative sourcing strategies were developed to recruit underrepresented talent, and positions at organizations such as Pinterest and Tesla, focusing on diverse hiring and operational efficiency. Jay holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Saint Mary's College of California, and has contributed significantly to DEI initiatives throughout multiple organizations.
