Shaterri Casteel

Shaterri Casteel has a diverse work experience spanning from 2006 to 2023. Shaterri is currently serving as the Director of Operations at OAAA since February 2023. In 2013, Shaterri founded Very Terry Consulting. From 2014 to 2016, they held the position of Director of Special Events and Marketing at Lucky Dog Animal Rescue, where they managed logistics for events and developed sponsor relationships. Shaterri worked as a Marketing Specialist at the American Nurses Association in 2014, where they executed marketing campaigns and increased brand awareness. Prior to this, they worked at College Summit from 2006 to 2013, starting as a Marketing Associate and eventually becoming a Sr. Coordinator responsible for overseeing communications strategies and managing budgets. In 2016, Shaterri joined Points of Light as a Project Manager and was later promoted to Sr. Project Manager, where they led office renovations and continuity of operations planning.

Shaterri Casteel has a BBA in Marketing from Texas A&M University. Additionally, they obtained a Talent Optimization Certificate from The Predictive Index in April 2023.
