Steven Dick is an experienced sales and business leader with a diverse background in driving performance and brand development. Currently serving as Sales Director at Third Space since October 2022, Steven is also the Founder and Non-Executive Director of Out Of Office Coffee, which has successfully launched six specialty coffee locations in Milton Keynes and Wembley. Previous roles include significant positions at Virgin Active, where Steven held various strategic sales roles, including Group Sales Strategy Director, and contributed to the company’s growth. Additionally, Steven served as a consultant and advisor in several organizations, focusing on sales force effectiveness and business performance improvement. Educational qualifications include participation in the Senior Executive Programme at London Business School and a focus on net-zero growth from Cranfield School of Management.

Out Of Office Coffee

The coffee shop is now considered the “third space”. The place away from the home and the office which often acts as an anchor of community life. The place that serves as a meeting place, fostering and facilitating creative and broad social interaction. The place where people from all different walks of life come to dream, talk, read, work, and relax. Out Of Office Coffee is an independent specialty coffee house founded in Milton Keynes in July 2017. As the founders, we have always had a passion for specialty coffee. Wherever we travelled in the world we were drawn to quality coffee shops. These places became a part of the ritual. They provided quality moments throughout the day, paired with quality drinks. We had a vision, to remedy the undersupply of premium grade, specialty coffee in high end communities outside of London, by providing coffee shops that offer quality products created by people who love what they are doing. The Out of Office brand will be the common thread that links each location but they will each be proudly local to their community, unique to their environment, and shaped by our people whose individual personalities contribute to the equity of the brand.
