Lexy Lovell

Lexy Lovell is a dedicated psychotherapist with a focus on healing trauma through creative processes, currently working at the Brooklyn Center for Families in Crisis since 2020. As a documentary filmmaker with Out of the Blue Productions, Inc. since 2016, Lexy is developing a series titled "Compared to What," exploring trauma recovery through writing. With a rich filmmaking background, experience spans creating the feature film "The Good Soldier" focused on veterans, directing for A&E's "Real Women," and contributing to numerous projects on significant social issues. Lexy's education includes a Master of Social Work from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Yale University.
